Hi Everyone.

So we are getting close to the art show! Thanks to all those who are participating. As of now we have over 30 vendors. Besides the yard signs, we have a large ad going in the Shopper and another planning on Thursday and Friday in the Battle Creek Enquirer. I will also be using the fence out by Calhoun Christian School to advertise. We have done this in the past for class events and it works well. Its right along 20th St.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Pat Slayton of Home Care Transitions here in Battle Creek for generously donating funds to help with our advertising. Truly a blessing! Also, Pat has graciously donated a beautiful fall decor item (shown below, stands about 18" tall) for us to give as a doorprize to our vendors. So it will be given away Saturday. Thanks Pat!
So if you haven't checked the "check your space" tab on our blog (scroll down) and made sure you are listed and have your space assigned, PLEASE DO SO. My biggest fear is that I miss someone! I'm new remember:-) Thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding. I love this school and my goal is to share it with the community! We will see you soon!

Vendor Door Prize!

Hi everyone. So we are less than a week away from the art fair. I have been putting up signs around BC, but if you'd like one or two to put up in your neighborhood, let me know. I have some left. Also, I am (hopefully) posting a flyer I made that you can (again, hopefully) print off and hang up at a business or whatever. Please look again to make sure your name is listed on the "choose your space" page so I know if you are included. I don't want to miss anyone. Also, if you have paid with paypal, it may not have come through. I have found that I am having to send payment requests to make it work. Not sure why. Its beyond me. So if you've gotten an email from me requesting payment, and thought you did, please make sure it went through. Please call me if there are questions. Okay! Looking forward to seeing you all. Please feel free to pray for this event! I'm nervous:-)

By the way, I have opened up the hallway as potential spaces. This is usually reserved for classes' tables at school, but we do have room for some vendors if needed. So if someone is still interested in being a vendor, please let me know. We will try and work something out!

It seems the fall weather is finally here! I think my heat was finally turned on this morning. We have three weeks left till the CCS Arts and Crafts Show! Time flies. If you have already submitted your registration form, thanks! Please double check and make sure your pament has been sent. I will be following up with some this week to verify everything is set. Please go to the "choose your space" tab on the blog and make sure your name is listed at the bottom and you have the correct number of spaces and a corresponding number. We have a great school and the kids are all worth it!

If you haven't submitted your registration form and are planning on doing so, Don't Wait! Available spaces are dwindling. I want to make sure everyone has a space and room to move around. And we would love to have you. From, what I can tell, we are already blessed with a wide assortment of crafts and items being sold. It should be fun! I will be putting signs up around town in the next week or so. If you are interested it putting one up in your neighborhood, let me know!
