Fifth Annual Arts and Craft Fair 
October 24, 2015 9 am to 3 pm

We are preparing for our 6th Annual Arts and Crafts Fair – and we are inviting you to be a part of it!

This event raises funds for the maintenance of our historic school, and each year we see it making changes that make a difference.

In order for this to be successful, we need participants. This is the perfect opportunity for you, your family, your friends and neighbors or fellow artisans and crafters to share their talents and see some profits for their efforts, while at the same time helping to raise funds for a great cause!

In an effort to make this a better experience for each vendor, and to allow us to be better support for you, we have recently gathered a group that includes parents and teachers at the school, members of the community and even vendors! Some small changes have been made, and we want to share them with you first.

Three years ago, we opened up the layout and allowed each vendor to choose their own space – that worked so well, we want to continue with that. You will be able to go to our blog and see the lay-out, and we will work to place you in the space of your choice

Utilizing more of our school each year allows us to expand our event. This year we will be using the gym, cafeteria, hallways, and if needed a small overflow room that will link the hallway and cafeteria. Space in the cafeteria and gym will be  approx. 10’x10’. We don't have any hall spaces available at this time.

The price for each single space will be $30 if you reserve by October 16, 2014, and $40 if you wait until after October 16th to reserve. If you require a second space, you must reserve no later than October 16th, (or until there are no longer 2 spaces available together)and the price for your second space will be $20.

Each space will be limited to two (2) 8 foot tables and two chairs. No more than two persons may be working in your space. Please do not bring extra friends and family, as they can not be part of your space, and seating is not available in public areas. A name tag must be worn by the persons working in your area at all time.

If you need to rent tables, please reserve when reserving your space; the cost for each table will be $10, and if you rent your table, chairs will be provided for you space. If you do not reserve a table, you must bring your own chair.

Please plan on bringing your own electrical cords and additional lighting.

You will need to have your table open the entire day of the Fair, 9 am -3 pm. This is a must and is non-negotiable.

Set up will begin at 7am and everything must be taken down and cleaned up no later than 5 pm.

Again this year, we are excited to offer assistance unloading your car in the morning, and helping you get everything back to your vehicle in the evening. This will be available for a small fee ($5 in, and $5 out, CASH ONLY, the day of the fair), so that you do not have to worry about those logistics. This will not include set-up within your space - for that, we look forward to your creativity and design. There will also be curb side check in's.

So, how do you reserve your space?
  • Fill out the attached registration form, and mail to Calhoun Christian School, or place in an email (ccsartsandcraftsfair@yahoo.com), along with a picture of what you intend to offer. We need an idea of what you are selling.

  • Payment and registration must be submitted no later than October 15th to ensure inclusion in the Fair

  • Registration after October 16th will be in the amount of $40 (plus a table if needed.), and any reservation made after October 16th will not have a choice of space. Checks may be made to Calhoun Christian School and payments sent to:

We are trying to make everything as easy as possible so we are now offering payment through paypal online for the show spaces and tables. When paying on line, please be sure to email the registration form, to: CCSartsandcraftsfair@yahoo.com Also be advised that when you pay on-line, it will show up as having paid ------------t. After paying and emailing your registration form, be sure to go the Pick your Spot page and leave a note as to which spot you would like!! Due to the change in organizing, this feature will not be available until after August 27.


  • Registration is non-refundable.

  • After your payment has been received, you will have the opportunity to choose the space you would like to have on our floor plan. The floor plan will be viewable on-line for you to examine. Again, I can not add you to a chosen space until I receive both your registration form, don't forget to email it when you pay, and receipt that you have paid through Paypal, or I have emailed you after receiving your registration and payment through the mail!!
